I have been interested in personal development as long as I can remember. People´s behaviour has always fascinated me, as well as the reasons for it. But for me, the best part is that personal development always brings us closer to ourselves.
Personal Development – Ways to Grow
Over the years I have dived deep into different aspects of psychology, especially education (or rather non-education), family, partnership, personal development, communication and awareness. But also areas like anxiety, shame and trauma have been and still are important points of my personal growth.
A big focus is the nature of learning. Since my children have the chance to grow up without school, I witness on a daily basis how learning and growing prospers beyond curricula and the pressure to perform.
Much I have learned through books. Other knowledge grew from intense experiences and transformational processes or has been extensively tested in practice.
My viewpoint is strongly influenced through my humanistic and spiritual world view. I believe there is sense in everything, and this sense wants to be decoded in order to further mature and grow. For that, psychology is a powerful tool and a sheer indefinite treasure.
Detect Old Bondages and Release them
One of my particular interests is transgenerational transmission. Not only reasearch with mice has shown that experiences, especially traumatic ones, can be passed on from generation to generation.
I consider it part of my mission to detect such old threads and find ways to dissolve them.
